We discuss your property, current concerns, priorities, desired outcome, timing and budget.
We visit the property to evaluate entrances, existing plants, trees, parking islands, walkways, irrigation concerns, maintenance challenges and high-impact improvement opportunities.
We develop appropriate recommendations that may include a landscape concept, plant selections, priority improvements, phased options and installation considerations.
04 — Proposal and Coordination

You receive a defined scope describing the recommended work, materials and implementation approach. Once approved, we coordinate plant materials, suppliers and installation requirements.
We coordinate the improvements with attention to design intent, site conditions and the overall property experience. After installation, we discuss establishment, maintenance and possible future phases.
